Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Introduction

By using www.thebehaviour.vet or booking with The Behaviour Vet (“TBV”), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

Online behaviour consultations and courses. We are not an emergency service. Our advice does not replace an in-person examination, and our vets prescribe only where the law allows.

3. Your Account

You must be 18 or over, give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.

4. Booking and Payment

Prices are in INR. Payment is taken via Razorpay when you book; bookings are confirmed by email.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Email admin@thebehaviour.vet to cancel or reschedule. Refunds are at TBV’s discretion. Missed consultations and courses are non-refundable.

6. Video Consultations

The vet may record the consultation and use AI note-taking (see our Privacy Policy). Please don’t record it yourself without the vet’s agreement.

7. Courses and Content

Courses are for your personal use only and may not be shared or copied.

8. Acceptable Use

We may suspend accounts that misuse the website or are abusive to our team.

9. Our Responsibility

We cannot guarantee a behaviour outcome; you remain responsible for your pet’s safety. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, where the law allows.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: admin@thebehaviour.vet.
